Our friendly neighbors to the north have a land mass that is similar to size as the U.S. but with an average of just 3 people per square mile. Much of the land is unchartered wilderness of mountain, forest and tundra, but the country offers major metro areas near both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts. On the Pacific side, experience the rugged but modern sides of Vancouver, hike the beautiful Banff National Park near Alberta or ski the slopes in Whistler. On the Atlantic side, take in the sights at Niagara Falls in Ontario, the French influence of Quebec City, or the cultural diversity of Toronto.
